Women's Bible StudyWomen Gathering is a ladies Bible study that started here at St. Gregory in July of 2017. The name was inspired by the story told in Acts 16 of Lydia and her friends. These women gathered at a river in Philippi to worship God on the Sabbath. The Apostle Paul came across them, and Lydia and her whole household are baptized that same day; the first church in Europe begins! Years later, Paul writes a letter to his friends in Philippi. That personal letter is eventually inducted into the canon of Holy Scripture. Lydia and her friends serve as beautiful examples of what can happen when women gather to pray, worship and study the Scriptures.
The group is open to all. Whether you have known Christ all your life, or find yourself searching for God, we invite you to join us in this journey of faith. It's an open-house atmosphere - no commitment needed. Just come when you can. Our aim is to grow in a love for God and one another that propels us to love and serve those around us.
